the breakfast service annoyed me waiters left dirty dishes on tables they needed a reminder to clear them the pool is dangerous i saw many guests cut their feet on sharp-edged tiles the hotel should close it especially since many children swim there the minibar wasn't restocked even when i asked if they don't want to earn money that is their choice i had to ask for towels several times i ended up getting them myself

I had such a blast at this resort! the staff greeted everyone with genuine smiles and seemed eager to help. i especially loved the lush gardens.. they created such a relaxing atmosphere. the breakfast buffet was very nice too. There were so many options!

the sun loungers by the pool were often taken early, a bummer. sometimes i had trouble finding a spot. also, the shower pressure in my room was quite low.. it made rinsing off a bit difficult. finally, the wi-fi signal wasn't very strong in certain areas of the resort.

the gardens were immaculate with lovely fragrant flowers. the rooms were spacious and cleaned daily if required. the staff were helpful and friendly (ken in particular was great).

the pool next to the beach had some issues. the sharp edges of the tiles in the pool resulted in cuts. it made that pool unusable for my family.

the restaurant is right on the beach and breakfast had everything i really needed. i found the breakfast selection to be a reasonable variety of different food. many found it to be quite good.

the resort is located directly on the seaside. it is set in a lovely jungle setting with beachfront access. there are two swimming pools available. the hotel organizes pick-up from the ferry terminal, helpful.
